Q:How do I place an order correctly?
A: Enter your email (optional checkbox for updates/deals/contest winners),
Enter address + phone (address will auto-generate)

COD1 = Cash at the door
EMT1 = E-Transfer (do not send until you receive your confirmation total)

You’ll receive an automated email confirming your order was received

Q:Why does delivery show as “Free” at checkout?
A: Delivery displays as “Free” on checkout, but your delivery fee is calculated based on your location and included in your confirmation total.
Q: Can I split payments?
A: Yes — please specify this in the comments section of any product in your cart.
Q: What is the Customer Notes box for?
A: Use it to add 2nd/3rd choice substitutions (if your first choice sells out)

A: ETAs are estimated and may change due to order volume, weather, or traffic.

Q: What are your delivery cut-off times?
A: In-Town: Cut-off 9:45 PM
If paying by e-transfer, it must be received by 9:50 PM (allow time for processing).
Out-of-Town (20 km+): Cut-off 8:45 PM
If you miss this, contact the shop — if we’re not busy, a driver may still be able to accommodate.
Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: If you miss your delivery once, the shop covers the driver returning.
If it happens two or more times, you’ll be responsible for an additional delivery fee.
Please ensure your address and contact info are correct.
Q: What are mailbox drops?
A: Drivers will text to notify delivery, or you’ll receive an email from the shop.
⚠️ Mailbox drops are not available to first-time customers because we must verify ID first.

Q: Daily Deals
A: Daily deals are listed on the homepage. Discounts may not show at checkout — your confirmation email will include your final total with all discounts applied.
Q: Mix & Match Flower
A: Mix & match is allowed when strains are in the same price tier for all weights.
Example:
A $50/oz can be split into:
2 × 14g strains OR
4 × 7g strains
Still priced at $50/oz — even if the website doesn’t reflect it. We adjust your total on our end.
***Note about limited stock:
If only 7g is available and larger weights are greyed out, ordering the item multiple times will not work. Greyed out means that’s all that’s left.

Q: Shipping to a Different Address
A: Yes — update the shipping address at checkout. Any delivery fee changes will be included in your confirmation email.
Q: New Customers (ID Required)
A: After your first order, we’ll email you requesting a government photo ID to verify age.
Drivers won’t leave orders unless the person receiving the order matches the ID.
Accepted ID: Provincial ID Card, Driver’s License, Passport

Q: Vapes & Cartridges — Exchange Policy
A: We exchange defective vapes/carts up to 10 days after purchase.
Our dispatcher will troubleshoot first. If unresolved, we send a replacement.
⚠️ If the product works after following troubleshooting steps and is returned working, it may be noted on your file and could impact future exchanges.
Vape Storage Tips (Prevents clogs/leaks/freezing):
Don’t leave in vehicles for long periods
Avoid extreme hot/cold temperatures
Don’t keep loose in pocket/purse unless mouthpiece is covered
Small debris can clog carts
Mailbox drops: don’t leave outside in extreme weather or for long periods.
